Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Texas Innovative Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Jupiter Business Management Platform (“Jupiter BMP”), our storefront at jupiterbmp.com, and the customer sites we host at subdomains of jupiterbmp.app. Please review it alongside our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
  • Business and onboarding details: the business name, contact details, branding, and content you provide to set up your site.
  • Billing information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Usage and device data: basic logs and analytics used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Communications: messages you send us for support or sales.

How we use information

  • To create your account, provision your site, and deliver the service.
  • To process subscriptions, add-ons, and billing.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • To improve our products and develop new features.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Your payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy; we receive limited billing metadata (such as status and the last four digits of a card) but not your full payment details.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate (for example payment, hosting, email, and analytics providers), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Customer (tenant) data

Businesses that run a site on Jupiter BMP control the information their own customers submit through that site. For that data we act as a service provider and process it on the business’s behalf. Each business is responsible for its own privacy practices toward its customers.

Healthcare and HIPAA

Healthcare and clinic customers are served on a separate, dedicated tier governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and additional safeguards. That tier is set up directly with our team and is not available through self-service signup.

Cookies

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption of sensitive values, to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, or request a copy of your data, by contacting us at [email protected]. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
