Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jupiter Business Management Platform (“Jupiter BMP”), provided by Texas Innovative Technologies(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Jupiter BMP is a hosted Business Management Platform that provides a branded marketing site, client portal, booking, invoicing, automations, and optional add-ons. We provision and host your site on infrastructure we manage.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Automations are included in the base platform. Lead-Gen and AI Receptionist are optional paid add-ons; selecting all add-ons applies the all-in bundle discount.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Provisioning and acceptable use

New accounts are reviewed before provisioning. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and branding you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, and operate your site and deliver the service. You are responsible for your content and for the data your own customers submit through your site.

Healthcare and HIPAA

Healthcare and clinic use is offered only on a separate dedicated tier under a Business Associate Agreement and additional terms arranged with our team. Do not submit protected health information to standard self-service accounts.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Stripe for payments. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
